Our Premier members receive unlimited daily bedside advocacy at Gulf Coast Medical Center, HealthPark Medical Center, and Lee Memorial Hospital — all located in the Fort Myers area. Your personal physician visits you daily during hospitalization to coordinate care with specialists, review medications, and advocate for your treatment plan. Core members can access this Inpatient Advocate Service at an hourly rate.

We have opted out of Medicare to prioritize the physician-patient relationship without insurance constraints. However, your Medicare coverage remains fully valid for everything we order — including prescriptions, hospital stays, laboratory testing, specialist referrals, and imaging — at any Medicare-accepting facility. You continue to use Medicare Part D for prescription coverage exactly as before.

Yes. Our in-house dispensary stocks a wide range of generic medications at wholesale member pricing. You can pick up prescriptions at your appointment — no pharmacy detour needed. For Fort Myers residents who prefer home delivery, we also mail medications directly to your door. This eliminates the need for a separate pharmacy stop after every visit.
