* Effective March 3, 2022, Dr Kordonowy and Dr Marconi are no longer Medicare Providers. All services as described are included in the membership contract. No office/practice services will nor can be charged to Medicare by Dr. Kordonowy, Dr. Marconi, or Medicare patients within the practice. Dr. Kordonowy and Dr. Marconi do however maintain prescribing ability recognized by Medicare and are able to order testing and treatment for Medicare participants.

It is included in our Premier Membership. It is available at an hourly rate in our Basic & Gold Memberships. Incorporating the Inpatient Advocate Service in your membership ensures that we, your primary care physicians, will come to see you in the hospital every day you are there. This service ensures you receive personal and direct attention while hospitalized.
Lee County area hospitals including Gulf Coast, Health Park, and Lee Memorial (downtown campus).
For patients using Cape Coral hospital we do have access to EPIC medical records and advocate for patient care by phone but not directly at the hospital.
This is to ensure the doctors are not overextended. Since the service includes personal visits and care management while you are in the hospital, it can only be offered to a limited number of individuals without limiting access to care for the rest of the practice.
We do not offer discounts to part-time residents. Members hospitalized outside of Lee County may call to request hospital advocacy over the phone. Please note, in this occurrence we will not have access to hospital records and cannot directly manage care without hospital privileges.
Couples enrolling in Premiere Inpatient Advocate Service may receive a 5% discount on each membership.
For those who upgrade to Premier there is no additional charge for unlimited Inpatient Advocate Service™ care. Premier membership is required for persons 65 years and up
**Basic and Gold Members– the hourly rate for the Inpatient Advocate Service™ is $425 per hour
Annual Payment is required the first year. Following years payments may be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
