Janice

Office Administrator

With over 30 years of administrative leadership, Janice ensures the practice operates seamlessly. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she spent two decades honing her operational expertise in Houston before bringing her skills to Southwest Florida. Janice holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Public Administration and Human Resources. Outside the office, she loves beach days and traveling to visit her son and granddaughter in Texas.

Lorena

Medical Assistant

Lorena graduated from Atlantic Cape Community College, earning certifications as a Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, and EKG technician. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Physiology from Stockton University. Married and the proud mother of two girls, Lorena enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her family.

Rosie

Medical Assistant

Rosie has been dedicated to the healthcare field for over two decades. She earned her Medical Assistant Degree from Miami Medical School and is passionate about assisting and caring for patients. At IMLWP, she works alongside our physicians to deliver exceptional care. Outside the office, she enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with her two children and her golden doodle, Milo.

Audrey

Phlebotomist

Audrey studied phlebotomy and graduated from The Medical Institute of Kentucky. She is a certified phlebotomist who began her career in 2024. A disciplined artist who danced ballet, lyrical, jazz, and tap for over 16 years, Audrey brings precision and a gentle touch to her clinical work. In her free time, she loves being at the beach with her family.

Valerie

Medical Assistant

Valerie brings over eight years of versatile healthcare experience to the IMLWP team. With a strong background in practice operations – Valerie has successfully transitioned into a clinical role where she works directly with patients. She is currently pursuing her Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) degree, driven by a passion for continuous learning and patient care. Outside of the office, Valerie is a devoted mother of two boys who loves cooking, baking, and spending quality time with her family.
