Choosing a medical home is a deeply personal decision. We invite you to schedule a 30-minute complimentary session to meet with Dr. Marconi or Dr. Barry on-site at our Fort Myers office.
This informal meeting allows you to discuss our healthcare philosophy and ensure our practice is the ideal fit for your long-term wellness. Because we value a direct personal connection, these introductory sessions are held exclusively in person. Our booking system is synced in real-time, so you can select a guaranteed time slot that fits your schedule.

Once you have decided to join the practice, we begin your journey with a comprehensive 90-minute initial visit. This on-site clinical review allows us to map out your full medical history, lifestyle factors, and specific objectives to create your personalized health roadmap.
To maintain our high standard of clinical care, this exhaustive diagnostic review is conducted in person at our practice.
Professional Consultation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $150 is required to secure this extended clinical session.
Do you take insurance?
We operate independently of insurance networks to ensure your care is dictated by medicine, not billing codes. However, you may use your insurance for all external needs, including labs, imaging, and prescriptions.
Medicare?
We have opted out of Medicare to prioritize the physician-patient relationship. While our professional services are private-pay, your Medicare coverage remains fully valid for all hospitalizations, specialist referrals, and external testing at any Medicare-accepting provider or location.
