This is big news and again highlights my position that diet is very significant to overall health. Many of our prescriptions could be reduced or eliminated if we just got really serious about our lifestyle/habits. Obviously each persons health and case are unique and so many of still need medications as well as lifestyle changes.
My message to younger, healthier individuals remains: An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Have you had a good physical exam including comprehensive labs, B12, Vitamin D and biophotonic antioxidant scan in the past 1-5 years?
